Google will obviously benefit most from this change, since their will be more competition for keywords and Adwords advertisers will end up paying more. If it will increase Adsense revenue, we'll have to wait and see...

I hope the revenue will increase, because in the last months despite of increasing traffic the revenue went down a little from my experience. In a few words ...this seems to be good news, let's see how it will work.
