I'm a big fan of keyboard shortcuts myself. We developed a couple bookmarklets/browser buttons a few months ago which act in a similar manner. You can check them out at &lt;a href="http://name.com/tools.php" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" title="http://name.com/tools.php"&gt;http://name.com/tools.php&lt;/a&gt; The WhoZap button will show you Whois information from &lt;a href="http://Who.is" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" title="Who.is"&gt;Who.is&lt;/a&gt;  We also have the RegZap option which will display the availability of the most popular extensions at &lt;a href="http://Name.com" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" title="Name.com"&gt;Name.com&lt;/a&gt;.
