It's all done on-the-fly, and so fast really you can sort of tell it's not being stored.
Good point though, you should be a little skeptical... especially when entering domain names you intend to register.
I am the creator of DNCleaner.com, and nothing is stored by the script when it processes the list. I'm strictly a developer, not a domainer, I have no need to save lists of domains like that.
The only way the lists are saved is if YOU save them, and even then, it only generates a text file on the fly when click the link. Once you download, it's cleared (uses a _SESSION variable).
