Sorry to be a 'bear', but unless you want them for spamming purposes, cheap domain registrars should be avoided.

Getting a domain away from a sub-standard registrar can be a nightmare, and for what? To save a few bucks?

Support - the hidden benefit of a high class registrar.

I'm worried about a site that seems to have come out of nowhere with something this important.

Where are they located? They have several typos, and other mistakes. I know they have the ICANN logo on board, but I'm not ready to trust this yet.
But thanks for the heads up, bookmarked for later.

Thanks for the link. Cheap domain registration is always nice. It's especially helpful for those of us who register multiple names per month.

Whoa, great resource. I've got about 50 or more domain names for sale. But I'll need more of them for my own stuff too. This will definitely be a bookmarked page for me.

I used triple.com to register a few domains and I agree with the author on how easy triple makes everything and I loved that I could use paypal.

I recommend Namecheap.com, if you're a newbie webmaster. Its prices are reasonable, and it has a great interface for handling multiple domains.
